Call for Papers is now open!
A conference is only as good as the information attendees receive from it. ShowMeCon’s goal is to provide high-quality, relevant information to each and every attendee. With that in mind, ShowMeCon is looking for speakers for this year’s ShowMeCon.
Submissions are due February 15th.
A successful talk at ShowMeCon will provide our attendees with interesting information that will help them in their careers. This is an offensive security conference, we prefer talks that focus on understanding of current issues/vulnerabilities. However, defensive style talks are welcome. Solution providers are welcome to submit talks however sales pitches are NOT welcome.
Sample Topics include:
- Network Security
- Web Applications
- Social Engineering
- Incident Response
- Digital Forensics
Most important, ShowMeCon prefers speakers who will participate in the conference. Feedback from our past attendees indicated some of the best information they received was when they were able to talk to the speakers outside of their official talks.
ShowMeCon’s organizers have spoken at conferences globally. As speakers we have been treated like a rockstar and we’ve also been treated like the sideshow attraction. At ShowMeCon we treat our speakers like we want to be treated – Experts in our field who have taken time out of our lives to help create a successful event.
- Airfare / Hotel covered for duration of conference (not applicable to local speakers)
- Access to all aspects of the conference as well as all after hour events and parties
- Invitation to the VIP/Speakers event
- Media opportunities
Talks should be no longer than 50 minutes (including Q&A). Please fill out the form below to submit your talk proposal. Submissions are due Feburary 15th.
